Water source system
Water pump: Wilo hot water pump has a maximum flow of 8m³/h, controlled by a frequency converter, and the software can set different frequencies.
Water tank: 304 stainless steel, the bottom of the water tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor, the software system can collect the current level of the water tank, is equipped with an electric heating device, and the water temperature control accuracy is ±1℃.
Pressure pump: The device is equipped with an automatic pressure device, the maximum set pressure is 2.5MPa, the pressure can be set by the software, PLC control reaches the pressure and automatically stops, and automatically releases the pressure according to the pressure holding time.
Vacuum: The device is equipped with a vacuum device, which can extract the bubbles in the wet water meter, which is conducive to image recognition.
Flow regulation control
The device is equipped with two flow point pipelines, and two electromagnetic flowmeters are used as flow indicating devices. The electromagnetic display of DN2.5 diameter is used below 250L, and the electromagnetic display of DN25 is used above 250L. It is equipped with three flow point pipelines, which are respectively used to adjust Q3\Q2\ Q1 flow point.
Check meter pipeline
The instrument inspection pipe is composed of instrument clamping device, pipeline, switch valve, water tank, etc. The clamping device of the instrument under test is also called the instrument fixture, which can adjust the distance according to the length of the instrument, and can freely clamp various instruments under test.
The clamp meter in this program adopts an outer cylinder clamping mechanism, which can effectively prevent air leakage caused by damage to the sealing ring due to long use time. The test pipeline is set up to meet the clamping requirements of the instrument under test.
