The similarity and difference between Public and Domestic IC Card Prepaid Water meters

Today I would like to introduce the similarity and difference between Public and Domestic IC Card prepaid water meters.

First, the similarity: The whole system all include the card, card reader, water meter and software. Install the software on your computer,  and connect the card reader to the computer via the USB interface to transfer data to the IC card. The user brings his IC card to the management center to pay the fee. After the payment is successful,place the card close to the water meter. After the card is successfully read, the water can be used.

Second, the difference: 

As for public prepaid water meters: They can support multiple users to use the same water meter to draw water through different IC Cards. One water meter can connect unlimited IC Cards. That also means users should go to the similar place to draw water.

As for Domestic prepaid water meters, it adopt one card one meter system, one card can only connect to one meter. It is normally suitable for domestic users.
