Ultrasonic water meter is easy to install and operate
With the advent of the new era, many industries have opened a rampant mode and developed a lot of intelligent products. However, among these intelligent products, the most prominent is the ultrasonic water meter. For ultrasonic water meters, people don't know enough about them. Today, I will talk about the installation problem for everyone.
For many water meters, the vertical water meter must be installed in the vertical direction, while the horizontal water meter must be installed in the horizontal direction. However, for ultrasonic water meters, the installation method is relatively free and can be installed at multiple angles.
When the ultrasonic water meter is installed horizontally, the technician needs to take the position of the two electrodes horizontally. If there are air bubbles or some sedimentary substances in the measured liquid, the small air bubbles will not be adsorbed near the electrode of the ultrasonic water meter, and the input port of the converter of the ultrasonic water meter will be open; and the sedimentary substance will not cover the electrode. , resulting in a drift problem. However, during installation, it is still necessary to remind everyone to ensure that the pipeline is filled with the liquid to be measured, and the installation position of the sensor should be slightly lower than the pipeline height.
In order to prevent the liquid to be measured from being separated and the inner lining of the sensor from being worn unevenly, the installation method should be installed in a vertical direction. When installing, it should be ensured that the flow direction of the liquid to be measured is bottom-up, because this can ensure that the sensor of the ultrasonic water meter is completely filled with the liquid to be measured, and the measurement will be accurate.
Reminder: No matter how to install the ultrasonic water meter, the user cannot install it without permission, and it should be handled by the staff of the relevant department.
