▲Liquid flow standard devices are widely used in liquid flowmeter experiments and verification devices, especially flowmeter manufacturers, who have a large number of instrument verification and product development experiments, and a set of efficient and reliable liquid flow standard devices are made for them. The event is of great significance. In industrial applications, the flow standard device must not only have sufficient accuracy and reliability, but also have a relatively high calibration efficiency. Factors such as equipment construction costs, operating costs, and technical requirements of operators must also be considered.

▲Traditional liquid flow standard devices mostly use mass method and volume method. The flow source relies on the pump to provide flow, but the flow is pulsating, the flow stability is poor, and the flow point adjustment is not accurate. However, with the development of flow measurement and testing technology, the development of these devices has not been able to meet the requirements well. In order to meet the requirements of liquid flowmeter verification, calibration, factory inspection and the growth trend of new flowmeter production, our company has designed and manufactured an active piston type liquid flow standard device using water as the medium.

▲The standard device has a unique design, and its basic working principle is to compare the volume flow of the fluid discharged by the piston with the volume flow of the measured flowmeter in a certain time interval. The volume of fluid discharged by the piston is calculated from the product of the cross-sectional area of the piston cylinder and the displacement of the piston. Driven by a servo motor, it reduces the interference to the liquid flow. It has many advantages such as stability and reliability, good repeatability, high degree of automation, and simple operation. Avoid the shortcomings of the traditional liquid flow standard device start-stop effect or commutator effect. It is helpful to improve the level of measurement uncertainty. The device also has the characteristics of self-contained, compact structure, high efficiency and energy saving, no need to build a pool, and no special structural requirements for the building. It is very suitable for production testing and product development testing. Small flow meter.

Clamp the pipeline

The inspection pipeline is composed of the clamped device, pipeline, switch valve, etc. of the inspected meter. The clamping device of the tested watch is also called the watch clamp, which can adjust the spacing according to the length of the meter, and can freely clamp various tested watches. The meter clamp of this scheme adopts an external cylinder-type clamping mechanism, which effectively prevents the leakage phenomenon caused by the damage of the sealing ring caused by the long use time. The clamping table of the device adopts three optical axes as positioning points. The optical axes are installed on the stainless steel fixing plate for wire cutting production. The coaxiality is good. The front and rear straight pipe sections are made of POM material with a very small coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction. The machining center completes the processing at one time.
