Device composition
This device is composed of water source system, clamp meter pipeline, flow regulating device, standard device system and software control system.
water system
Water pump: The maximum flow rate of the hot water pump is 8m³/h. It is controlled by frequency converter. The software can set different frequencies. Water tank: 304 stainless steel. The bottom of the water tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor. Control accuracy ± 1 ℃.
Pressure pump: The device is equipped with an automatic pressure device, the maximum set pressure is 2.5MPa, the pressure can be set in the software, the PLC control automatically stops when the pressure reaches the pressure, and the pressure is automatically released according to the pressure holding time.
Vacuuming: The device is equipped with a vacuuming device, which can extract the air bubbles in the wet water meter cleanly, which is conducive to image recognition.
Clamp the pipeline
The inspection pipeline is composed of the clamped device, pipeline, switch valve, etc. of the inspected meter. The clamping device of the tested watch is also called the watch clamp, which can adjust the spacing according to the length of the meter, and can freely clamp various tested watches. The meter clamp of this scheme adopts an external cylinder-type clamping mechanism, which effectively prevents the leakage phenomenon caused by the damage of the sealing ring caused by the long use time. The clamping table of the device adopts three optical axes as positioning points. The optical axes are installed on the stainless steel fixing plate for wire cutting production. The coaxiality is good. The front and rear straight pipe sections are made of POM material. The coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction is very small. The machining center completes the processing at one time.

The sensor mainly includes a temperature sensor and a pressure sensor, which are located at the inlet and outlet of the pipeline and the water outlet of the piston, which are respectively used to measure the temperature and pressure of the liquid, and then transmit the information to the PLC and software system in time.
The control system has many protections and sound and light alarms, such as low air pressure alarm, low water tank liquid level alarm, etc. In this device, the temperature measurement range of the temperature sensor is (0~100)ºC, and the accuracy grade is A; the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor is (0~1.6)MPa, and the accuracy grade is not lower than 0.5%.
The software of this device is written in Visual studio C# and uses the Microsoft ACCESS database. The detection process can be written into the database, and the user can modify the control process according to different permissions.
After the detection, the error data is saved to the database, and the user can query the detection error data at any time.
